Sacred Flash FAQ

1. What products do you make?
We create apparel, accessories, and stationery featuring original artwork inspired by old school tattoo style—made with care and printed mostly on demand, just for you.

2. How does print-on-demand work?
Every piece is made specially after you order it. This keeps our designs unique and reduces waste, while making sure your Sacred Flash product is crafted with intention.

3. How long will my order take?
We usually spend 2–5 business days creating your order before it ships. Shipping is currently within the U.S. only, and we send tracking info so you can follow your item’s journey.

4. Can I change or cancel my order?
Production starts quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible right after you place your order. Once your item is being made, it’s all about creating it perfectly for you.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We’ve got you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right—replacement or refund, handled quickly and fairly.

6. How do I pick the right size?
Every product has a sizing guide. Take a look before you order so your Sacred Flash piece fits just how you imagined.

7. Are the designs unique?
Absolutely. Every piece you buy comes from original artwork by the artist behind Sacred Flash, bold and unapologetically unique.
