Because all Sacred Flash products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, color, or change of mind.
However, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you experience a problem with your order, we are happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
